Why Titanium at Keisha's

For all our labret piercings, we use implant-grade titanium jewellery to ensure maximum safety and comfort. Titanium is lightweight, hypoallergenic, and corrosion-resistant, making it ideal for lip and perioral piercings. Unlike cheaper metals that can cause irritation or prolong healing, our titanium labret studs and flat-back options promote a cleaner, smoother healing process, helping your piercing stay healthy and feel great every day.

Aftercare

Clean regularly:
Externally: Rinse twice daily with sterile saline solution; avoid peroxide, alcohol, or harsh soaps.
Internally: Rinse your mouth 2–3 times daily with a non-alcoholic, antimicrobial mouthwash or sterile saline solution—especially after eating or drinking anything other than water.

Pro tips:
Don’t twist or play with the jewellery
Avoid spicy, acidic, or hot foods and drinks during healing
Refrain from smoking, alcohol, and oral contact (e.g., kissing) until healed
Maintain good oral hygiene but brush gently around the piercing
Monitor for swelling—cold drinks or ice chips can help soothe irritation

Our sterile saline solution (£8.99 at our counter) is ideal for external cleaning and supporting a calm healing process
